Service is top notch! Amenities amazing! Staff was a pleasure to interact with! Spa massage was incredible! Pool and lazy river were clean and enjoyable!!

No use of pool or spa. No mini golf, paid resort fees and couldn’t do anything. The room was missing kitchen items, shower wasn’t clean. No blanket. Called to request blanket and said it would come… 4 days later no blanket.

We were in town for a cheer competition, we got in super late the first night and our room smelled of old cigarettes. The front desk was empathetic but unfortunately the hotel was booked for the night because of the cheer competition! The next morning, they called and offered us an upgrade and apologized for the inconvenience! That was amazing customer service!
