Zeer ruime kamer, helaas uitzicht op een blinde muur ook al hadden we gevraagd voor een view én waren we tegen checkin tijd in het hotel. Kamers worden niet elke dag gepoetst. Keuken heeft veel kookgerei en bestek. Ideaal gelegen op de *****.

We will definitely be staying again. The ONLY issue we had was with soft water while showering but that’s just our preference. Other than that we had zero issues which just doesn’t happen anymore these days.

Attended this as I was visiting from another state. I provided my information and was told to provide more information. I provided all that I needed and was still denied. I was getting the run around from the front desk. No help as all they are looking for is your money and not kind to answer questions. They talk over you and have no respect for other to get questions answered There are much better opportunities around vegas

Reservamos 2 habitaciones para 5 personas durante 3 días por medio de Booking y solo nos disponibilzaron una. Nos dijeron que el problema no fue de ellos sino que nosotros debíamos resolverlo a través de quien contratamos. A pesar que Booking llamó al Hotel, la recepción dijo que la persona que gestionaba las reservas estaba en horario de día y de noche no iban a responder teléfonos de otra oficina ni podían abrir mail de otros destinatarios. Al dia siguiente, la Gerente nos reconoció la segunda habitación pero nunca nos devolvieron el importe de la primer noche. Muy mal momento, sin intenciones de resolver la situación por parte de Admisión,.

Vollkommen überteuertes Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Dunkle, niedrige Zimmer mit abgenutzten Möbeln und einer Küche aus den 1970ern. Aussicht auf Betonwand vom Cosmopolitan inklusive konstanten Ventilatorengeräuschen derer Klimaanlagen. Service nicht vorhanden, Personal untrainiert und unhöflich.
