It was a nice room and bed, super clean, but the host was not very hospitable and the price she named was quite different from the price i’d seen the day before on ***********, ofcourse higher. I would’nt go back.

On the way back from the Adriatic we stopped in Laas. We booked the apar**ent for one night. Ilse and KarlHeinz are very nice people! The apar**ent is spacious and equipped with kitchen, bathroom and balcony very well. WiFi and TV worked very well. All clean. The bed is a bit dilapidated and should be renewed. The view is wonderful, you can relax in the garden on loungers. A supermarket can be reached in five minutes on foot. Anyway, we'll stop here again!

Large and spacious room; usable hot water. Little availability of parking inside the structure (we parked at the petrol station next door). The bed was comfortable but one side was particularly squeaky; particularly uncomfortable getting out of bed they are careful not to hit their heads as the roof is very sloping. Courteous and detached staff. The room was clean but cold; having arrived at the facility at half past nine we found an unpleasant climate and lukewarm radiators despite the fact that it was -4 degrees outside. The plastic shower curtain was not appreciated; bidet not present in the bathroom.

Travelling on motorbikes and booked this accommodation prior to leaving the UK. Upon arrival, there was no one to meet us and the mobile number we were given was out of order. Had to wait 30 minutes for the owners to arrive. Accommodation was very nice apart from the sloping ceiling. I lost count the amount of times I banged my head. There was a kitchen area available for use but was not happy at the fact that they wanted an €8 charge for cleaning if you didn’t leave it in the same state as found. It was shared by other guests as well so if they had left it in a state, we would have had to pay. No breakfast included in our cost and the owners didn’t bother to come and say goodbye when we left even though I rang the bell.
