Top hospitality, very spacious rooms, immersed in a huge green park with swimming pool and pond with ducks. Very quiet and suitable for families with children and also with dogs who have their own spaces. Varied breakfast both sweet and savory and very kind and helpful staff. A big applause to Cristina at the reception.

We took a beautiful suit with a hydromassage tub ))) we had a great time, but unfortunately we didn't find the slippers, water and blanket )))) PS the thing I liked most was that they accent animals! Next time I will definitely return with my Pomeranian ♥️

We stayed as a couple for two nights in February. It's not a 4 star!! the bathroom with the bathtub has no partitions for the water, the shutters are poorly painted and the windows are old. Cobwebs on the ceiling not exactly from the day before. The place where it is located is beautiful, even the corridors that lead to the rooms, but unfortunately the rooms are not 4 star. To complete the work in the morning at dawn there are the roosters singing, nice for goodness' sake..... but awake since 6am!!! The breakfast of a 2 star hotel, apart from the tart made by them, cold cuts and cheeses and other low quality things! The outdoor seat is worth it, but the rest isn't. Personal opinions for goodness' sake!!

I returned after a few years to this facility with my better half. This was a way to relive a romantic weekend spent with her years ago. The current experience was less exciting perhaps also due to the fact that you already know what awaits you. We did half board and not the romantic package because we were passing through. We took advantage of the private spa with glasses of prosecco. The only flaw to point out is just one small detail. The "not included" part of half board is not clearly indicated in the menu. I am referring to the dessert course. It wasn't a problem for us but this can cause misunderstandings. Overall I found it to be a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel, very poorly managed. Two elevators, 1 broken for 4 days, the other always very crowded and stuck with people inside including a disabled boy in a wheelchair. Spa with broken Turkish bath. Rooms not up to a 4 star hotel, service barely adequate and some of the waiters even rude. Minimum meals, poor dinner on December 31st, not to mention the sad and non-involving musical group. Negative experience, we are very sorry. The only beautiful thing is the city of Arezzo.

Let me start by saying that personally I don't usually give such categorical and clear-cut reviews but from a 4 star I expect the conditions of the rooms to be much better than the adjective: AWFUL! Torn, holed and stained curtains, dirt accumulated on the floor next to the bedside table, blocked bidet which does not allow the water to flow regularly (it doesn't necessarily mean I want to take a foot bath), room service breakfast denied, as 'it had to be agreed before '(first when?), hot water NOT RECEIVED in the room! If I had to 'save' something perhaps it would be the location of the place and the receptionist's apologies for refusing room service! Everything needs improvement, experience NOT to be repeated! Ps: the attached photos speak for themselves!

Very clean hotel in a strategic position 15 minutes from Arezzo. Friendly and helpful staff and outdoor spaces suitable for adults and children with a very spacious green area around the swimming pool (which we did not use, however, given that it is November) and a small farm with animals. My 5 year old daughter didn't want to leave again. Thanks and see you next time
