While the service was acceptable the room conditions were awful. First the initial room shower did not work (shower plunger was inoperable, how this passed housecleaning was beyond me). Secondly, our alternative room’s shower vibrated so loudly, you couldn’t hear the tv in the bedroom. By that time it was so late we simply decided to ignore it (how many chances does a hotel need before it reveals itself!). Avoid this location!

I do not recommend to stay at this property. Stay at another Hilton but not here. The staff are great but the senior manager is not a very good person. They offered misleading information by falsely identifying themself on the phone, and threatening an employee who could ultimately lose her job. So if you believe in employee rights, go someplace else. Just my suggestion

The door to the bathroom kept hitting the other door's sway-arm. The shower had mold in it and the ventillation needed cleaning.
