Wellness/ beauty deceptie. Ik had me verheugd op zomerse voeten, helaas moest ik bij thuiskomst mijn nagels zelf opnieuw lakken. Teleurstellend, slechte afhandeling van een klacht. Niet het gevoel dat de mensen die er werken er echt een fijne beleving van wilden maken. Zeker niet de moeite waard.

The quality of the estate is consistently high, tranquility, appearance, hospitable and a nice swimming pool. Too bad the sauna wasn't open yet. Two comments, otherwise my assessment would have been higher. Firstly, the lack of the minibar. Where this was previously always present, it disappeared after the renovation. Reportedly due to construction error, but this seems easy to solve to me. As an alternative, a cooler with ice was offered and your own bottle of wine could be put in the refrigerator. Finally, after the renovation I still find the shower cabin quite small. Can be solved by eliminating the bathtub for a number of rooms. Finally, the lack of air conditioning is also a negative for this money. Wonderfully quiet, hospitable reception. Estate nice to add a little extra. Breakfast again excellent and plenty of choice. It's nice that you can have breakfast until 10:30 am.

Great hotel, great location, good facilities. The style is rural and a bit dated in places. The menus on offer are a bit confusing and you have to pay extra for each adjus**ent. Lots of choice. The wine list was disappointing. Lots of cheap wine for (too) high prices. Our main course was accompanied by a wine of 6 euros (bottle), which is on the menu for 50 euros... A bib gourmant restaurant (with a wine cellar of all places) really deserves better. Hopefully Holtweijde will take this to heart, because the restaurant is otherwise fine.

We loved loved loved the place! Located in a beautiful countryside, this charming hotel is a delight. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, and the breakfast was delicious.Hotel staff was friendly and helpfull. We will definitely return and we"ll also stay for dinner.

Highly recommended: The Deluxe Estate Suite (entire ground floor in one of the detached houses at the rear of the complex, surrounded by gardens, fields, nature & silence.) A large room with living & sleeping area, coffee nook and fireplace. Windows all around and views of the greenery - FANTASTIC!!! If you are looking for the benefits of a hotel and absolute peace and quiet without the annoying noise of hotel operations, and love nature, you will find your paradise here ❤️ The pool is a real 25m swimming pool in which you can swim laps! As an architect, I have NEVER found nothing to criticize or suggestions for improvement in a hotel - but here I have. We will be back!!!

We booked a suite, nice room. But …It would have been nice if the bathroom was stocked not just soap end body lotion. I requested a shower cap, not to be had! No welcome bottle of water no amenities at all, No mirror in the toilet, no additional toilet in the bathroom. The coffee is not very good, this is not what you expect when you book a (expensive) suite.

It was our 2nd time in this hotel, and it is usually disappointing, but that was absolutely not the case at the Holtweijde.!!! The ultimate hotel if you want to recharge completely. What a pleasure it was again. Everything is right, they know how to do things here. All the staff are super friendly. Rooms fantastic. Food is delicious, breakfast great and also the relaxed a**osphere at breakfast, no pressure to leave as quickly as possible. Blessed. And after breakfast, relax by the fantastic fireplace. Then you feel like a king. Thanks everybody!! Until next time. :-)
