Fantastic place to stay by the beach and restaurants! The owner and staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was all new and everything was super clean. I will stay here every time I go down to visit!

Recently renovated! Excellent location! Excellent staff! Pool and a block from the beach. Complimentary parking and once you've parked you can walk everywhere... Shops, restaurants, and the Beach. Wish I could have stayed longer... Look forward to returning!!!

Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom hotel room. High end appliances and finishes which we noticed and appreciated. Staff was very friendly and asked many times if there was anything we needed and if there was anything they could improve. We have a couple of small suggestions and they were right on them. They were quick to fix an issue we had with our smoke detector as well. They have only been open for 2 months so basically everything is brand new. Located right next to the beach and nightlife but quiet enough to feel to not hear the nightlife. They provided us with beach chairs and towels. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

Seaside Villas was a great place to stay. The owner, manager and housekeeper were so accommodating. The room was clean and newly decorated. We felt safe at all times. The grounds are neat and tidy. The pool was cool but clean. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely be staying again.

We were not sure about booking because of having no reviews. When we arrived we learned they had just opened We are so glad we stayed here. Danni and her staff were amazing. They checked on us daily and made sure all was going well. The rooms were amazing well equipped and of course brand new. Our kids loved the pool and we loved how close it was to everything. We walked almost everywhere. The beach was right across the street. Shops and restaurants were 100yds away. The area was great and had everything you could need. We will definitely be back and completely recommend Seaside Villas and Lauderdale by the Sea.

Staying at Seaside Villas was truly one of the highlights of our entire baby-moon. All the staff were absolutly lovely, they were kind enough to give us early check in AND late check out on our departure day. The room itself was spotless and fully upgraded including THE comfiest bed, nicest shower and fluffiest towels we've ever used - seriously, my husband asked for a set for christmas he loved them so much. This hotel is literally a 30 second walk from the beach and the main square, steps away to great restaurants and is a perfect plce to stay if youre looking for something a little quieter than downtown ft lauderdale. This is the best hotel we have EVER stayed at (and we've done a fair share of travelling over the years) and we would 1000% recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much to the owner and all of the staff, we will be back again soon!
