The initial reaction to this property was that is was fairly dated, but the room was really clean and taken care of and the staff fantastic. Great walking distance to fun restaurants and the beach. Would stay there again for sure

Nice motel with great proximity to the beach. Walls are thin and you can hear tv in neighbouring rooms. Also, if your neighbour smokes, your room is gonna smell. Beds are comfy and lots of closet space. Some peeling pain from the ceiling and the bathroom could use some updating. Would stay again.

Very good location, rooms good size. Very friendly and helpful staff particularly Valentina who was fantastic. There are good beaches within a five minute walk and lots of very good eating options within a 10 minute walk. Never been to Lauderdale -by-the-sea before but would definiytely stay here again.
