This is a nice little boutique type hotel. Close to the ocean and a very nice pool. Towels are provided as well as chairs an an umbrella on the beach. Steps away from the beach is a bar with typical foods, specials depending on the day of the week and a nightly happy hour. Bicycles are provided for daytime riding. More bars and shopping are about a 15 minute walk away. The folks who work here are for the most part very friendly and accommodating. The Bean and Barnacle coffee shop inside the lobby has less
than friendly folks. A couple of the outside bar folks could also use a personality. I would certainly stay here again.

Hotel was beachfront with amazing views and service. Its close to all the shopping bars restaurants and the pier. Hotel offers free bike rentals too!! Ill be back!

Good place. Rooms large and clean. Amenities good, convenient coffee shop common area for early morning coffee and later snacks while hanging out when not at beach. The staff at this place is amazing!! Amanda in the coffee shop such a pleasure. Everyone here made this stay special. Would come back for them. They make a hotel experience a little bit homier! Oh yes! The beach right at your doorstep! The pool too .

No amenities, bed linens were dirty and not changed. You couldn’t charge things to your room. Very disappointing! Service fee should be returned.

This is my 2nd time staying at plunge beach resort.. I love the location! everything is in walking distance but you don’t have to go far as the pool and beach are right there!! the hotel and rooms are clean.. the on sight restaurants are enjoyable and the staff is all really nice / helpful ESPECIALLY dee!! she is amazing who provided 100/10 service.. we will be back for a 3rd time in the future.

Ok ok ok Best smile of Plunge is Dedra and very reactive My first breakfast after a long trip from France is delicious I love the concept and the situation front of the Plunge beach resort . The customer service from dedra was excellent.:) :):)

The GM Joe & Director Kent were very accommodating. We were celebrating our anniversary and our third time staying at The Plunge Hotel. It’s very impressive that Joe and Kent have such a great team!! Patrick, Savanna,Suzette Kiefer, Samantha and Jarrod in the Front Desk are wonderful and accommodating . Breakfast was always a great time with Cinthia, Bianca,Oshane and Kimoque. Housekeeping Cefilia Nereita were great making sure our room was clean and stocked. It was so relaxing by the pool and they have a great music selection. Justin, Sam ,Jah,Josue and Godwin setting our beach chairs and umbrella. They are very hard working young men and great sense of humor. We would eat in the Breakfast cafe every morning and had dinner at the Tiki bar most nights . The chefs Sharon, Mike, Chris and Samantha are amazing ! We had so much fun with the bartenders Frank ,Delano,Lynn,Jenna,Mike and Taylor. Chelsea was amazing making sure the Adult pool had drinks and lunch. She would really be diligent with coming by every 20 minutes. The maintenance guys are great Carlos and Gregory. Alicia the security person was always doing her rounds every night .
