We were a bit disappointed with our stay unfortunately. The House is looking a bit jaded, not much like the online photos. Our room desperately needed a refurb. It was very clean however, friendly staff and an ok breakfast. The view and grounds are lovely. We did have the most noisy neighbours so hardly had any sleep as the walls are paper thin. I was really hoping to love this place but sadly not and I wouldn't return.

We have recently returned from a one night stay at the hotel, and wish we could have stayed for longer! On arrival, a friendly lady at Reception gave us a different room to the one she was originally going to put us in, when she discovered our dog did not like wooden floors! So we were given a carpeted room, which was much appreciated! The room was excellent, clean and fresh, with direct access outside, through french doors, onto lovely grounds, which again, was ideal for our dog. When we arrived, after a long journey, it was great to sit in the grounds, order a few drinks and some “amazing” pizzas! The bar menu has all the essentials, and lovely ice creams for desserts. The grounds are a particular feature, with great views out to sea. After a comfortable nights sleep, in a lovely comfy bed, we were able to sit outside with our dog in the morning, and enjoy a full “welsh breakfast”, it was delicious. Fresh local ingredients, enough to keep you full for the whole day! We were sad we could only stay for one night, but definetley plan to come back when we are in the area again. It is so nice to find somewhere that welcomes you and your dog, and somewhere that is clean and fresh, where you can tell other dog owners respect the property. The hotel also has “pods” in the grounds, with hot tubs and these looked nice too. The town of Laugharne is a lovely place, with lots of walks and lovely beaches within a short distance. We look forward to returning!

Absolutely lovely place with great owners and staff. We had a family room with 2 separate rooms with was excellent. The bed was comfy and no noise from the other rooms. The food was good and the breakfast was lovely. Thank you also for letting me wash my motorcycle. Did I mention free parking and lovely gardens?

Really great little find. Clean, comfortable and quiet. All staff really helpful and the garden rooms are brilliant for dogs! The whole hotel is dog friendly too which will mean we’ll definitely be back. A king size bed would have been good rather than a double and maybe more choice on evening menu but I’ve already recommended this place to friends and family alike. Breakfast amazing!! As are the burgers actually

We were gifted a weekend break here for our ruby wedding anniversary. Our room had french doors into the garden, a very comfortable king size bed and a walk-in shower. We also had distant views of Carmarthen bay. Breakfasts were individually cooked and delicious! The hotel setting was in well-maintained gardens. It was lovely to sit outside our room and enjoy the view and the peace and quiet. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
