We unfortunately got there in the middle of the night. I was told by the front desk that the pool was closed down for repairs. That is the reason I picked that hotel. I had kids that wanted to swim. We got to the rooms. They smelled really bad and were not clean at all. One of my kids said her sheets felt "sticky". I requested a pack and play for the baby and it was totally disgusting. We had to request extra blankets in order to drape it so the baby wasn't exposed to the nastiness that was in it. We checked out within 12 hours and went somewhere else.

The room is clean and has no smell. There are McDonald's and Subway nearby, which is more convenient. It's close to the train station and there is a train whistle at night. Overall, it's not bad.

We were given a dirty room and they moved us to a new room. The beds in the new room were stained and had hairs all over them. We were given new bedding, and made the beds ourselves. The bedding they gave us was severely stained and the blankets were filled with hair. The room was not cleaned well. The elevator had a funky smell. Our stay was disappointing.

Tolles Motel für eine Nacht. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war für diese Motel Klasse sehr gut. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass man in der Nacht manchmal Züge hört, haben es aber nicht sehr störend empfunden.

There was a non-working space heater in the room. The room heater did not work. The temperature was in the single digits, and the morning front desk attendant stated that they were re-doing the heating systems and that all rooms were operating with space heaters.

My room didn't have a heater that worked it just blew cold air. But they did put in a space heater on the floor that my 1 year granddaughter found fun to touch. Then i arrive and the pool and hot tub are under construction. The entire reason i went to this hotel. I should have just left when i checked in.

The reception was great. Steven was friendly and able to accommodate our request for a handicap accessible room. Unfortunately the bathroom was not safe. The shower was a low clearance walk-in with a very short shower curtain. No antislip mats were available. The water would not stay in the basin, creating a very slippery floor with lots of water and no drain. I went to the front desk and asked for more towels to soak it all up and was given floor mats. They worked but I had to create a towel dam to kind of keep the water off the floor. Shower needs a major redesign before someone gets hurt.

Came for doctors appointment, stayed an extra day to shop. When we made our online reservation, the pool was listed as closed so we didn't pack to swim. It was open when we arrived so we spent money for swimwear just for the pool to close. As toddlers get into everything, we started noticing how dirty the room actually was - pretty disgusting, especially when tiny hands get into dusty shelves, filthy windosils, spiderweb covered lamps, etc
