First impression of room was not good. Two of the lamps had holes in the shades. The large shade over the window would not go up. There was water on the floor in the bathroom. We reported the water leak and we left to go shopping. This was a $200 room. When we returned to our room, we were told the water had been fixed. But that was not the case. And we had to move to another room. A little later that evening there was a knock on our door and we were told there was a serious water leak in the hotel. They advised us that the next day the water would need to be turned off for 2 to 4 hours. This was for the entire hotel.

The couch in our room was so uncomfortable. It needed to be taken to the dumpster and not good enough for Goodwill or a thrift store. The cushions were flattened and springs were shot. Dining area was not vacuumed. Breakfast was good. Body wash dispenser was coming off the wall in the shower. Plenty of towels. Pool was under maintenance???

Nice room except for couch! Nice quiet comfortable room in nice area. We liked everything about room except for the couch . Most uncomfortable couch I have ever had at a hotel. It needs to be thrown away. Breakfast was as expected and of course the coffee is always good at the Hilton hotels.

Furniture was filthy, steam clean fabrics folks, the kind of place you pull up the sheets to check for bugs before you pass out from exhaustion. The overwhelming artificial sprayed fragrance will wake you from sleep. The staff yelled at me because I took to long to flip the waffle iron.

Rooms looked clean until I picked up cover, there was a sock left from previous customer and pillows could have been cleaner. Overall pretty good and shower water pressure was terrible.
