德國住過不下100家酒店了，這個酒店也是抱着嘗試的態度訂的。老闆娘非常熱情禮貌，晚餐點了一份鹿肉，味道非常不錯，早餐品種也非常豐盛，冷碟熱碟種類不亞於德國大城市的5星酒店。酒店周圍環境非常不錯，陽台望出去黑森林盡收眼底，有一個老礦工以前走的步道，早餐後去走了一下竟然偶遇野鹿跟兔子。酒店温泉與桑拿設施也很新，這次沒有時間沒有體驗。這個酒店是本次行程中唯一一個超過預期的酒店，下次還會來。

I stayed here 3 nights on a solo hiking trip and I had an amazing stay. Service, room, facilities, saunas was all super. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was super clean and with great view. Breakfast was very extensive and good. Dinner in hotel bistro was solid and good. I would definitely come back.

Ein urig schönes Hotel mit traumhaften Ausblick und sehr viel Charme. Wir waren dort für einen Mädelsurlaub und sind schwer begeistert und sehr zufrieden heute nach Hause gefahren. Die Lage des Hotels ist abgelegen und mitten in der Natur mit einem traumhaften Ausblick mitten ins Tal. Der Weg zum Hotel trieb und allerdings immer wieder die Schweißperlen ins Gesicht aufgrund der Enge der Straße, war aber machbar. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber. Toll ist der Balkon von dem man von jedem Zimmer aus den Ausblick genießen kann. Einzig das Bett fanden wir zu weich und unbequem Das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich und lecker, es war für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Das gebuchte Abendessen war wirklich sehr lecker und mengenmäßig absolut ausreichend. Den Wellnessbereich nutzten wir persönlich nicht. Das Personal ist allesamt sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir fühlten uns von Anfang an herzlich Willkommen. Extra Wünsche waren nie ein Problem. Wir können und werden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

Hôtel charmant et personnel au petit soin, accessibilité en voiture assez étroit, cela surprend la première fois. Endroit calme et reposant et un espace bien être immense au vu de la taille de l'hôtel. Restaurant du soir simple et efficace.

We are still learning our German but that was no problem here, they also spoke English. Love how it's close to town yet through the twisting uphill road to get there, it's so set apart from everything. Amazing breakfast, lovely rooms and balcony to watch the thunderstorm come roaming through the valley late at night. Dinner and amazing wine pairing is available. And of course there are walks through the forest right from the hotel with a sauna and spa waiting for you upon your return.
It's just what we needed.

This wellness hotel is beyond excellent!!! From the amazing services to the views of the Black Forest and the super lush meadows from our room. There are 10 different spas and 2 pools- inside and outside which our kids loved! The room is very nice with comfortable beds. Our teenagers stayed upstairs with 2 beds and we were downstairs. Very roomy- all amenities we need were there. The hotel have their own spring water and you can drink it- tastes amazing! Breakfast was also very scrumptious with a wide array of food. Wish we had stayed for lore days! Until next time!!

De gastvrouw is reuze aardig. Echter het hotel voldoet niet meer aan de hedendaagse eisen. Er is geprobeerd om het hotel op te knappen, maar helaas op een klungelige en slordige manier. Bijv. het houtwerk van de balkons is grotendeels verrot, de vloer bij het zwembad ziet er niet uit en is pijnlijk aan je voeten. De temperatuur is wel goed! Het saunagedeelte is gedateerd maar wel goed verzorgd. De parkeerplaats ziet er onverzorgd uit. De weg naar het hotel is erg steil en soms erg smal. Het eten in de bistro is goed. In de buurt zijn weinig restaurants te vinden: je moet echt in de auto naar in de buurt gelegen grotere plaatsen.
