Uma delicia!!! O prédio e a área de Jardim são maravilhosos. O pessoal é super simpático. O café da manhã é ótimo e o preço é bastante razoável. Há serviço de bar durante toda a noite, com preços comparáveis aos praticados nos estabelecimentos da cidade.

Près du centre-ville sans être bruyant. Nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour dans votre établissement. La chambre était confortable. Le service souriant et très efficace ; le restaurant gastronomique excellent. Remerciements en particulier au personnel des salles de restauration, petit-déjeuner et de la réception.

I stayed for one night in this beautiful stunning suite, with walk out French balcony, Spacious rom, clean, quality bedding, only thing they could add conditioner. Staff at the reception were vey attentive and made me feel very special. Special thank yous for the Anais and her colleagu who was nightporter. That is a place where you deifnatley get that little extra more. Also had a converastion with the fron desk manager the day after, what mannered young gentelman. Very recommeneded to stay when visiting Laval, Super center, all the art, history is just out there for you. Local products served on breakfast and quit ok coffee beans. When i return to Laval I shall stay with them. Hotel is filled with art and have kept the Chateu style.

A lovely building with very friendly, efficient and helpful staff. My room was spacious, quiet and with lovely views over the garden, and the bathroom was very clean and well-equipped. The 2 restaurants give a good choice of meals. A great hotel and I will definitely stay here again.

Nous avons passé un agréable Week-end au sein de cet hôtel. Restaurant le Patio très bon et personnel très agréable. Décoration des chambres à revoir pour être plus actuelle mais dans l'ensemble très bon week-end.

Bonjour, l'hôtel et le cadre est assez beau, dans un style ancien, ainsi que la chambre que nous avons eu, qui était très grande avec une jolie vue sur jardin intérieur, l'accueil et le personnel très gentils. Dans les points à améliorer selon nous, nous avons été déçus par le petit déjeuner (globalement qualité moyenne de la nourriture ressentie), c'est dommage car malgré des tables très agréables dans la véranda avec la vue sur le jardin, ça nous à laissé une impression un peu négative, ainsi que le couloir de l'étage qui a une odeur un peu particulière, mais le lieu est ancien donc ce n'est peut être pas évident. Voilà, globalement une bonne étape malgré tout mais un rapport qualité prix qui ne nous a semblé pas complètement au rendez-vous. Cordialement, en espérant ce commentaire constructif.
