酒店在山頂上，需要提箱子坐纜車到酒店。這一點真沒想到，評論區沒看到，酒店業沒有提示。導航指引的道路，最後特別窄，普通車過不去，到纜車站問過後，才選擇其他路開到纜車站停車場。這是意大利之行最差到酒店了，山上比較冷，設施簡陋，前台老太太不懂英語，另外一個小夥子翻譯。早餐也想對品種少。酒店有大餐廳是招待纜車客人的。

Who wouldn't want to take the "sky buckets" to a pet-friendly mountaintop hotel and restaurant? The staff were outgoing and responsive, the restaurant dinner food was outstanding, the included breakfast buffet was lovely, and the views from my room were out of this world (with paragliders and hang gliders darting past). Highly recommended!

Le séjour commence de manière insolite avec une (longue) montée en télécabine. On profite de la vue tout au long du parcours. Veillez juste à ne rien oublier dans la voiture avant de monter !
Nous avons été accueillis par la très sympathique Paola (qui parle français !).
La chambre était parfaite, avec de l'espace et une vue à couper le souffle depuis la terrasse. On voit une bonne partie de la rive occidentale du lac majeur, avec notamment les îles Boromée et les montagnes derrière. Le coucher de soleil est une expérience !
Les nombreux parapentes nous survolant étaient quelque chose de magique.
Le dîner et le petit-déjeuner étaient également très bien, et le personnel adorable.
Nous reviendrons !
