The hotel and location are nice. The service at the restaurant is terrible: very slow, very amateur, always needing to ask for the same things 2 or 3 times; the service takes forever, almost two hours dinner, with waiting periods over 45 minutes between courses. Very bad. Room was very clean and cozy.

A evitar o Restaurante Monte do Vagar, depois de uma espera de perto de 1 hora, o que é anunciado no Menú como uma Vazia grelhada com Duxelle de cogumelos e puré de batata trufado não passa de Cogumelos salteados e esmagada de batatas, sem qualquer "trufado", a acompanhar uma Vazia grelhada, no final dizem que podia ter pedido para "acrescentar" azeite trufado quando de início não havia qualquer trufado, algo que é bem identificável e Duxelle é bem diferente de um salteado de cogumelos... No final, a sobremesa, não havia o gelado pedido, como alternativa propuseram a alteração por gelado de Morango, mas trocaram por Framboesa e nem avisaram pois pensaram certamente que "escapava"... Indecente... A água da torneira paga-se bem cara à refeição... Tirando isto, o sítio do Hotel é agradável, mas nada de extraordinário.

Excelente localização para quem quer descansar, longe de tudo e em plena natureza. Jantar no restaurante e gostámos muito. A comida estava bem confecionado e os funcionários que estavam de serviço atenciosos e profissionais. PA muito bom e de excelente qualidade. A equipe que estava de serviço é que deixa muito a desejar. Falta de atenção para com os hóspedes e muito desorganizados. Uma pena!! Conforto e limpeza dos quartos muito boa. Apenas a limpeza da varanda deveria ser mais cuidada. As espreguiçadeiras na piscina estão a precisar de uma boa reforma. A piscina interior, muito pequena para o número de hóspedes/quartos. O espaço do SPA deveria ser mais cuidado.

Espaço mal preparado e não fãs jus do preço cobrado nem as estrelas recebidas. Enfim não dá para relaxar pois estamos sempre enervado pela falta de profissionalismo de quem atende e não faz caso dos pedidos e não trabalham ao serviço dos clientes.Que pena deviam subalugar a quem sabe

I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to rest, relax and enjoy the nature and calm that you live there. It was an incredible experience. Great for families, friends and even solo. breakfast and meals with variety and great quality. The staff is always friendly and the best thing is to feel the affection they have for that place.

A pior experiência de sempre! Um filme de terror que me fez abandonar o hotel na noite do dia de entrada devido a animais rastejantes, medonhos, que foram mortos entre mim e empregadas do hotel. Não fomos capazes de continuar no hotel e vimo-nos obrigados a sair já de madrugada.
