We were totally surprised at how clean the place was considering it's location. We've stayed at many hotels, inns and motels in the last few years, and this was the cleanest, friendliest and most quiet place we've stayed. Cudos to the Lawrence, MA Holiday Inn.

The tv volume was not adjustable, and the drain did not work in the shower so I took a shower in 1 foot of water

We enjoyed our stay except for the loud sound made by the heater which came on and off frequently throughout the night. The weather was very cold, but our room was toasty. There were many breakfast options and the staff kept it all well stocked despite the ravenous hockey player group.
