He didn't say any greetings, nor did he introduce the hotel's facilities or the services and meals included in our stay. He just gave us a room. No., pointing in the direction, that's all. And then it's over. Seriously I have never had such a bad experience.
Then I felt very average after entering the room. Maybe the hotel not only provides accommodation but also has other parent-child services, but the staff did not introduce it, so I didn't feel that it was value for money. In addition, passing by the door of each room, there are still leftover food plates piled at the door of some rooms, and no one has cleaned them.
But then I went to the front desk to consult again, and the attitude of the service staff was worthy of praise.

It's a very old hotel. The location, service, catering, and staff quality are very average. When you see white people, you are very welcoming. When you see Asians, even if you have a lot of luggage and a child, they won't take the initiative to ask if you need help. Definitely won't go there again and don't recommend it.
