El hotel tiene buena ubicación y una playa hermosa , se vende como un hotel de lujo pero está muy lejos de serlo, la atención no es buena, está muy descuidado, veníamos a un evento y ni siquiera tenían plancha y tabla de planchar, algo que un hotel de lujo debería de tener, nos salió un alacrán en la habitación, el aire acondicionado no es suficiente para la habitación, las almohadas son muy incomodas al igual que el colchón, en la noche no hay nadie del personal, así que si necesitas algo o tienes una urgencia olvídalo, no hay ni un guardia de seguridad lo que a mi parecer lo hace inseguro por que cuálquier persona tiene acceso al hotel.

El hotel está en un lugar privilegiado de la isla, la playa, increíble, con bancos de arena, pero los camastros del club de playa muy deteriorados y sucios, en general sin mantenimiento. El cuarto limpio y muy bien. Llegamos y no servía la caja de seguridad, y nos la dizque arreglaron al sexto día de nuestra estancia. Uno de los jóvenes de la recepción, fue muy poco profesional, grosero, y nunca resuelve nada, no debería estar en recepción.

I booked and paid in full a month in advance and arrived to my room being given away to someone else. No other rooms available. I was forced to sleep on a guests sofa. The hotel did nothing to create a solution. I finally got a room after 2 days, and the room was nice and clean, but the biggest issue with this hotel is the incredibly rude and unhelpful staff, Ive never felt so unwelcome at a hotel before, the hotel is tired, lacks amentities, smells terribly of rotting sea****, and the dining options are limiited.
Dont stay here. Many other nicer hotels closer to town that are much nicer.

We had a storm come in and we got flooded. The staff were amazing. They helped us move our room which was a water front room. The staff are incredibly attentive and super helpful.

In een woord ‘paradijselijk’! De ligging, de tuin, de huisjes, de kamers, het uitzicht! Gewoon prachtig. Holbox is eigenlijk een ***** met hotels aan het strand. De meeste (dure) hotels liggen aan het strand/zand daar waar het water terugtrekt bij laag tij. Ook zit er een zandweg tussen waar de gofkarretjes heen we weer rijden. Bij Las Nubes heb je dat niet. Het is het einde van de ***** en je hebt daar alle rust, een prachtig strand met bar en zulke lieve mensen. Er zijn fietsen om naar het stadje te gaan en je komt weer terug in de rust bij het hotel. Je kunt ook met de taxi gaan, 150 pesos (7,50 euro). Je kunt het ook makkelijk lopen. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en heerlijk. De airco’s doen het goed en de bedden slapen heerlijk. Wij hadden een king suite. Top! Alles is duur op Hobox, maar het is
