Was a bit worried about the reviews after we booked- we booked through the Amex website. We are currently here now, have been for 4 days. So glad I didn’t change our booking! Friendly staff, very spacious rooms, there isn’t much near by, but we have used Uber eats to order food, if we have got home before dinner time. We have used the hotel as a base- we have visited the Eiffel Tower, palace of Versailles and Disney Land- used a taxi for all of them- using bolt it has worked out better value than public transport for the 4 of us. There is a bus stop at the end of the road. The hotel is in the ‘middle’ of an industrial estate- but the windows are doubled, so can not hear the main roads near by! Highly recommend as a base to visit all over Paris!

Le personnel est très gentil et très serviable. Nous sommes 2 adultes et 2 enfants, les chambres sont très spacieuses et propres. On voit que l’hôtel a quelques années mais il est très bien entretenu. Le petit dej est parfait, très bon et très varié. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits pour pouvoir aller au centre de Paris. Même si l’hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre-ville, avec une voiture c’est parfait.

Hotel was fine but nothing remarkable. Parking great but location and transport links were poor. Much further out of Paris centre than we realised. Brett for stade de France though

Hôtel hors d'âge ne méritant absolument pas les 4 étoiles auquel il prétend. Chambre propre, mais dans un état de vétusté avancée (lampes cassées etc), restaurant fermé. Cependant, le personnel est agréable, et n'est pas responsable de l'état de délabrement de cet hôtel qui fait honte a la marque mercure.
