Personnel très gentil et bienveillant. Chambre très propre. Lieu calme et très agréable. Nous recommandons. Une chose est néanmoins à améliorer, le café et le cappuchino industriel... qui n'est pas du tout à la hauteur du niveau de l'hôtel.

Venus pour trois nuits c’est le départ qui est le plus difficile. En demi pension, nous avons été surpris pour la courtoisie et la compétence de tout le personnel. Côté hôtel des chambres confortables bien tenues où la réappro des consommables devra être revue. Bravo à tous.

Cela fait pas mal d’années que nous y allons et nous sommes toujours ravis ! Le personnel est toujours souriant et accueillant. Les chambres sont propres et les complexes extérieurs très sympa. Nous recommandons vivement !

Lorsque l'on paie une chambre comprenant un accès au spa (limité 1h/j malgré ce que veut laisser croire l'annonce), la moindre des choses lorsque le spa est inutilisable serait de rembourser la valeur de cette prestation, surtout lorsque la direction traite cette requête au bout d'une semaine après l'incident et malgré 57 minutes passées au téléphone à lutter contre la mauvaise foi de la direction.

L'étagère qui sert d'armoire est nettement insuffisante! Il faudrait installer au moins un meuble avec des tiroirs. Les tablettes qui servent de tables de nuit devraient être plus grande aussi .... afin de pouvoir poser au moins des lunettes et en verre d'eau/tasse. En tout cas le manque de meubles n'implique pas automatiquement un plus en propreté : 4 jours pour enlever une araignée morte! par terre ne font pas preuve d'un excès de zéle. Mais la situation est très calme, on a rarement dormi si tranquillement , le personnel de la réception est très serviable aussi. On peut recommander cet établissement avec l'espoir qu'il y aura considération des critiques ci-avant.

Chambre spacieuse et cocooning, avec leur jaccuzi, un vrai plus qui ajoute beaucoup de charme. Personnel très souriant et a l’écoute de leurs clients. Piscine propre et au calme. Nous avons vraiment passé un super séjour dans cet endroit. Le petit déjeuner était parfait, un buffet rempli de gourmandises !

The staff was competent and friendly. We appreciated their kind smiles and helpfulness. The location on the relaxing family beach of Plage de Gros Joncs is perfect. The restaurant has an excellent chef; not only delicious food but beautifully presented.
