we didn't have hot water all weekend!!!!
we changed rooms 3 times in 2 days INADMISSIBLE!!!!

Late arrival 11 p.m. the receptionist is terribly slow. The rooms are allocated unluckily, mine the air conditioning is almost non-existent despite various attempts on my part. The sound insulation is non-existent until 1 a.m. you can hear people coming from their rooms. Fatigue helps you end up falling asleep.
Fortunately breakfast raises the level a little if you pass by the bucket in the middle of the room to visibly collect water flowing from the ceiling.

Although upon my arrival, I was informed that the hotel was under construction, and that no reservation was possible, (what a surprise!) I was still given a room. The bed was comfortable enough, but the TV didn't work, no wifi either. The stay went well, nothing dramatic, but nothing exceptional either.

You are given the pass to access the basement parking at least 2 floors, and there you look for the elevator but there is none.
Oh if you find one that takes you to the building next door. We are lost!!!
With suitcases and a husband who has difficulty getting around....

Very disappointing stay. The rooms are full of hair, the papers containing the wifi codes are still in the room. Our sink was clogged!
The rooms are small. Towels are missing...
We are looking for the 3 stars.
The hotel does not take holiday vouchers even though there is the logo on the hotel door!
