B&B Hotel Rouen Parc des Expos Zénith

I stayed in this no-policy hotel for two days. There were no hand towels, no kettles, no water cups, and only two clothes hangers. On the first day, there were 2 bath towels and two paper cups in the bathroom. After cleaning up the room the next day, only one bath towel was put down, and the paper cups were not provided, nor could I get them from the manager. There is only one person in the whole hotel, he is the receptionist and he is the only one serving breakfast. I would like to advise those who plan to stay at this hotel to think twice before doing so.

Not much to say except the breakfast was not exceptional. Large choice of yogurts but only one type of cheese. For hot, scrambled eggs (I don't like) but not hard, fried or omelette and well-cooked bacon... But we have to be honest, at 8.5€ for breakfast, we are not being robbed . Slight leak from the shower hose but that's a detail. We will come back if necessary. The only downside, the parking barrier which for me did not close, the receptionist told me that it closed after 8 minutes to give people with reduced mobility time to get off, enter the code and get back in. the vehicle. Thinking about people with reduced mobility is normal and essential, but it's the system that's not working, we need to rethink it (plate reading, beeping system, etc.) because it's not at all practical for people with reduced mobility. PMR and for others, the gate remains open for at least 5 minutes after passing through...

Catastrophic service given the price of the room. Beyond the lack of comfort of the bedding, I found myself with a bedside lamp that wouldn't turn off, no switch and visible domino... hello security... no one at reception at night so I had to cut off the power to the electrical panel which by the way was very dirty. Worst experience in a hotel!! Positive point, the friendliness of the night parking attendant. thanks to him

Hotel vétuste et bruyant.

Good surprise for a hotel of this range. Clean, well-appointed room where you don't step on each other, well-designed and clean bathroom, no black marks. The good surprise.
