Stay here for two nights. Not my first choice but still a nice one. Other hotels were all fully booked in this time.

Un hôtel ou tout est presque parfait aussi bien au niveau des chambres que des aménagements intérieurs de la décoration et du personnel très attentionné si ce n'est que l'hôtel fait bar Lounge ouvert jusqu'à minuit et que nous avons subi le désagrément d'entendre la musique jusqu'à cette heure tardive puisque les portes de la réception qui donnent sur la terasse étaient ouvertes et nous avions une chambre juste au dessus de celle ci et malgré les fenêtres fermées il nous a été très difficile de trouver un sommeil réparateur à notre demande de baisser vers 23 h00 la musique il nous a été répondu que le personnel n'avait pas la main sur ces diffusions ce que nous avons trouvé bien regrettable surtout dans ce genre d'établissement et avons tendance à penser que la clientèle du Lounge est sans doute plus intéressante que celle de l'hôtel

Ce fut un super séjour dans un cadre vraiment génial. L'hôtel est très bien situé et nous prenons plaisir à venir y passer un weekend régulièrement. Que du plaisir à chaque fois. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment excellent. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation

Fantastic! Most probably one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. The location is brilliant (couldn’t be better for a visit to the walled city). Rooms were fab and really peaceful. The staff were most excellent, as was Petrus the spaniel. Tip: If you have mobility issues check which room you are in before you go as I don’t believe there is a lift. We absolutely loved it.

Nous y sommes allés sur recommandation et j'avoue que les critiques élogieuses sont méritées ! Une ancienne caserne militaire du XVIIIème siècle, en pierres de taille, devenue un établissement à taille humaine (15 chambres), au pied des remparts. L'impression d'être reçus par des hôtes dans leur grande demeure : photos de famille des propriétaires sur les étagères, le chien Pétrus qui se prélasse à la réception et une directrice charmante, souriante, qui s'évertue à faire de votre séjour un moment de détente, d'exception. Toute l'équipe est souriante, professionnelle. Prendre un verre en soirée au salon lounge en terrasse est juste un moment magique! La piscine , bassin empierré magnifique se réserve par créneau, et vous garantit ainsi un moment privilégié en toute confidentialité. Le petit déjeuner, servi à table est raffiné, de qualité. Nous y reviendrons, c'est une certitude.

It is faultless for this exceptional residence which has been superbly renovated. The setting is conducive to relaxation and rest, the welcome is warm and friendly. Very warm welcome, hotel with lots of charm and very well decorated. The location is perfect at the entrance to the ramparts and the view from our room overlooked the tower opposite. Very spacious and comfortable room, nothing was missing.
