Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet établissement calme (malgré l'autoroute et la voie rapide qui passent pas loin) et bien situé entre Neuchâtel et Bienne. L'accueil est agréable, la chambre est propre et grande comparée à d'autres IBIS que nous avons pu tester auparavant. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est varié. Le personnel est sympathique. Nous recommandons pour une étape.

A 4 star level 3 star hotel. Basic accommodations, so if you require spa services and pampering move on. But for a decent place to sleep, excellent breakfast in a bright space, professional 24/7 staff, ok basic dinner options, and if priced lower than the fancy places, I definitely recommend staying here.
There is a lovely walking path, about a mile and a half, to a train station that takes you right into Neufchâtel.
Water in the room? Yes via the tap into paper cups. Soundproof? Forget it. Fan in the bathroom? Not exactly. Frig and microwave? No. Comfy bed, desk and closet space, nice housekeeping staff, everything you basically need? Yes!
If you like to shop at Ikea instead of Neiman Marcus you will like this place. I will return.

Prix correct pour la Suisse Très bon emplacement tout proche e l autoroute pour visiter la région (Berne, Neuchâtel,… Petit déjeuner assez complet entre 06h30 et 10h mais viennoiseries de 04h30 à 12h Bonne literie Chambre bien insonorisée malgré l autoroute juste à côté

Le personnelle est super arrangeant et disponible. Les chambres sont propres, simple et spacieuses. La proximité de l autoroute n est pas un problème le tout étant bien insonorisé. Une directrice au top prête à prendre n’importe quelle casquette.
