Salle de bain et chambre confortable pour un Ibis. Réception par le responsable de l’hôtel ai TOP. Petit parking de l’hôtel mais le plan B du parking de la gare est parfait.

Très bonne expérience à l'ibis gare Nord du Mans. Chambres et literie confortables. Salles de bains fonctionnelles et propres. Très bon petit déjeuner sucré salé avec du jus d'orange frais à presser soit-même. Merci à Emma et à toute l'équipe

Réservation faite par expédia. L'accueil n'a rien voulu savoir sur ma demande d'avoir une chambre au calme. J'ai une chambre côté rue avec le tranway qui passe au pied de l'hôtel.... La demi-pension payée se transforme en proposition de bocaux. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel avec une équipe qui n'est absolument pas à l'écoute de ses clients.

Comme toujours un très bon accueil sympathique et pro, en journée comme en nuit. Bar chaleureux. Vue dégagée sur la place de la gare avec parfaite isolation phonique (sinon il y a côté cour pour ceux qui préfèrent). Grande télé, bonne literie, insonorisation parfaite. Équipe dispo, parfait et bien sûr à bientôt !

Ayant l’habitude a cette chaîne. J’ai été déçu de l’accueil dans cette hôtel.
J’ai réservé pour 4 nuit, j’en suis parti au bout de 2 jours pour ibis style juste en face.
La raison : chambre froide et bruyante. Malgré ma réclamation rien n’a été fait a part me dire que d’habitude ils n’ont pas de souci avec cette chambre.
De plus lors de mon départ après avoir contacter hôtel.com afin d’annuler mes 2 dernière nuit, je descend a l’accueil pour confirmer mon départ, la personne qui m’a accueilli avec un aire pas très aimable me lance « il ne vous reste plus qu’à régler la facture ». Ce que j’ai fait aussitôt par ailleurs. Chose que j’aurais pu faire a mon départ le lendemain et sachant qu’une emprunte cb a été faite.

È la seconda volta che vengo a Le Mans e in questo hotel. La camera che mi viene data al quarto piano è spaziosa con un grande letto che però si rivela duro e con due materassi singoli. Altrimenti si dorme bene con buio e silenzio. Internet funziona bene ed il bagno e grande. La colazione è un disastro. Buffet piccolo e sfornito, alcune macchine non funzionano. Da migliorare

Great value for money hotel with hands on and very friendly staff. 3 star hotel but worth 4 stars. Room was perfect, bathroom with rain shower comfortable and all very clean. Just 15 min. walk away from the historical city centre. The hotel has a special deal with the nearby EFFIE car park, just €8 for 24h.

The hotel is in a great location with the railway station opposite and the main town only a 10 minute walk away. There is parking on site but only for about 2 or 3 cars so best to book in advance, it costs 15 euros. All of the staff were helpful and check in was fast. The rooms were of a good size for a family of 3, it was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. The bar is reasonable prices. We have booked to return for a night to break our journey up on the way back through France.

Lits très confortables. Salle de bain très propre et spacieuse. Hôtel bien insonorisé et très très proche de la gare pour l'accessibilité. Personnel très compétent le jour de mon arrivé. Petit déjeuner très bien. Attention bien y aller avant 09h30 sinon ruptures de stocks et redemander au personnel.
