Such a shame , lovely building ruined by smelly rooms BO smell, no air con , food was appalling the waitress and cook were outside having a cigerette when we arrived at the resultant and came in at 7.05 sticking of smoke not a good start . The charcuterie was packet chicken and ham the main fish was frozen like you give a small child not at all like you see on the Mercure website ! Avoid the restaurant

Notre petite escapade de fin d’année…accueil hyper chaleureux, du personnel prêt à se mettre en 4 pour vous satisfaire. Des chambres hyper spacieuses et agréables. Une localisation au top en centre ville du mans. Parking payant à disposition. Le petit déjeuner très copieux avec une large variété de produits. Bâtisse ancienne avec plein d histoires. Toujours un plaisir de venir ici. A quand une borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique ?

Un grand merci à l'équipe de la réception ! De retour dans la région , j'ai choisi cet Hôtel rien que pour la gentillesse du personnel ainsi que la Direction ( Mr Mohamed ) . J'ai adoré la chambre , propre , calme et confortable . Le rapport qualité prix était plus que bon . merci à tous et à Bientôt !

L'hôtel est situé près du centre dans un bâtiment à l'architecture intéressante, l'accueil est correct et le petit déjeuner convenable mais les chambres sont vieillissantes, la décoration datée, la moquette hors d'âge, l'équipement de la salle de bains minimal, la chambre numéro 219 située sur rue est très bruyante et à éviter absolument en raison de l'odeur désagréable qui y règne. On est très très loin des standards attendus d'un quatre étoiles

The hotel was created out of a large insurance company office. The common spaces are well done, but the rooms are pretty basic. The online photos make them seem better than they are. That said the staff is amazing and the bar was a fun place to hang out. Parking lot connects to the lobby. Very convenient.
