Nice location in relation to the station but complicated when arriving by car.
I understood that there was parking, but it requires payment and reservation. Damage.
At reception, the staff did not seem to have a good handle on reservations via this site; after making me pay the tourist tax, they wanted to make me pay for breakfasts. But for me they were included in the price. When presenting the reservation I highlighted this situation.
The room, tip top, only small thing that could be improved, the shower.
The position of the shower support was poorly arranged in my opinion and the water went too much into the bathroom.

The negative point in my opinion is the noise of the tram passing under the windows but everyone reacts differently to the noise!

Huge problem, impossible to park to go to the hotel. More than an unsecured kilometer away, I arrive at the hotel and there they have parking under the hotel. You have to go through the station parking lot. Too complicated, I won't go back.

Very good value for money . Although the hotel is at the foot of the train station and the tram, no noise disturbed our stay. Very pleasant welcome and generous breakfast. Secure underground parking with direct access to the hotel!

Very hot rooms, no air conditioning, noisy fans, very very spartan comfort and very questionable cleanliness (hairs in the shower and dust carpet under the convertible sofa which is several weeks old...) which is absolutely not worth €389 for 1 night! It is shameful.
