Superb hotel in all respects We stayed 4 days Wonderful helpful staff, amazing breakfasts, excellent pool and grounds, perfect location in village with easy walks to many restaurants, sites, All good. Have been to many hotels and this is a winner and great value in all respects.

Serviço de concierge eficiente e simpático , que tornou nossa experiência ainda mais agradável. Excelente gastronomia. Almoços nos jardins muito agradáveis. Excelente localização

l'emplacement de l'Hôtel est idéal en plein coeur de Villeneuve les Avignon pour une visite d'un weekend à'AVIGNON qui est accessible à pied en bus ou à vélo. Les chambres sont très confortables et le jardin superbe. Il y a une piscine extérieure mais l'eau n'est pas chauffée. Nous avons malgré tout regretté l'absence de SPA pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Le petit déjeuner est correct et très bien fourni mais sans rien d'exceptionnel. Le diner servi au restaurant était très bien avec une cuisine plutôt recherchée mais qui ne nous a pas pleinement convaincus. Dans l'ensemble un très bon établissement bien sur mais avec un rapport qualité prix plutôt moyen.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and loved the ambience. Restaurant was top-notch; breakfast was OK but not up the usual 5-star standards in terms of selection of items. Lots of confusion around our egg orders.Rooms excellent value for the price, incredibly spacious; we had a room overlooking the pool with a terrace (room 31). Some lapses in service, and be sure to ask how to drive there by car. It was very hard to find and one way street leading into the hotel entrance. At time of our visit (May 2024) there was construction going on in the church next door. You are so close ot Avignon, and you don't have to deal with the craziness of the city. We took the No. 5 bus from the city of Avignon back to Villeneuve des Avignon, where the hotel is, after spending 25 euro for a taxi ride in. Bus cost only 1.40 euro each!

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits au Prieure. C'est un très bel endroit que nous recommandons. Nous avons dîner à l'hôtel et avons été impressionnés par la cuisine du chef qui était créative, originale et pleine de saveur. En revanche notre séjour a été (largement) terni par les bruits et nuisances incessantes liés aux travaux juste devant l'hôtel du à la construction d'une résidence. C'est dommage qu'aucune information n'ait été donnée en amont lors de réservation.

Excellent relais experience, with large rooms in a beautiful village just outside of Avignon. The staff are helpful and friendly. The only small letdown would be the breakfast selection. We had a wonderful evening meal at the hotel restaurant who were very accommodating, at short notice, of dietary requirements.

The hotel is very well situated in the centre of Villeneuve, very close to everything. Historical building and wonderful garden, allowing to eat in a beautiful decor. Exquise restaurant and very professional staff doing everything what is possible to make your stay as good as possible. We go back.
