Appartement original situé en plein centre-ville, à moins de 10mn de la cathédrale La place du plot située en bas propose plusieurs restaurants, dont celui du propriétaire. Celui-ci est sympa, et disponible autant que son métier peut lui en laisser le temps En point négatif, les 4 étages à monter à pied, si on a mal joué en prenant beaucoup de bagages … Par ailleurs l’insonorisation peut être légère sans boule quies A noter qu'il n'y a pas de parking, mais c’est normal puisque nous sommes en plein centre-ville (on ne peut tout avoir). Un parking public est accessible à pied en un peu plus de 5mn

Très belle chambre/appartement au 5e étage, spacieuse, avec belle salle de bain, sauna, très bien décorée. L’ ensemble est très agréable, avec de beaux volumes, bien équipé. Les WC sont en face de la chambre, pour nous tout seuls. Chauffage très réactif.

Sur notre route vers l’Ardèche nous tenions impérativement faire étape au Puy en Velais. Afin d'y visiter : La Cathédrale, la statue Notre Dame de France, la vielle ville. Et nous plonger dans cette ambiance « départ pour Compostelle ». Après nous avoir parqué notre véhicule en plein centre, au parking Foch, nous nous sommes rendu à notre logement « Les apparts du Plot. Un chouette appartement, dans son jus, moyen age, non c'est de l'humour. Bâtiment très ancien mais bien aménagé. Et qui cerise sur le gâteau au rez de chaussée un excellent restaurant « La table du Plot ». Nous y avons passé une agréable soirée en terrasse conviviale et avec de belles assiettes succulement bien garnies. Un bien trop court séjour avec, pour nous marcheurs, une envie de prendre le chemin.

Nous recherchions un endroit calme pour nos parents âgés de 65 ans afin qu'ils puissent visiter le puy. L'accès à l'appartement se fait par un long escalier trop pentu et pas très propre... Les wc se trouve dans les escaliers sans intimité. Et au final les appartements se trouvent au dessus des bars et restaurants extrêmement bruyant tard le soir. (Personnes alcoolisées) Ils n'ont pas dormi de la nuit.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and funky (in a good way). In a historic building right on the main square -- all we had to do was lean out the window to enjoy the happenings outside. The room we stayed in was 2 floors up. If you have mobility issues, this might be tough. We had a nespresso machine, refrigerator, kettle, dishes, etc. Nespresso pods were also supplied, which was a nice touch. Central to everything.
