If you are not french, do not book this hotel!
1. Restaurants and bar area are not allowed to asian people? :
They told us the restaurants are fully booked all night long. And i even asked them if any seats available late at night, and they kept told me they are busy. Guess what happened? More than half seats were empty after 8:30 and even i saw people walking in the the bar/restaurants.
2. Room service: i begged (literally) them we are super hungry and we need something to eat. They told us to go out of hotel to get things to eat. But the hotel located on top of the hill, and we didnt want to waste our time. So what i asked was, take out some foods from the restaurants. And then, i found out the room service was available! (After asking more than 10times! Was it a hidden secret only for french?)
3. (Continued on) room service: employee working at the lobby told me that i can only order food after 9. (It was okay to me..) and i went to the lobby around 8:40(20 minutes earlier than 9!!) and ordered food. And we saw another room service was delivered to the next door around 9:25ish??? And guess what happened? Our food delievered to our room around 10!!! (Even after calling more than 3 times, and employee just hung up on me!)
Ive been to france more than 5 times, and it was almost a nightmare to us! And i figured out we were only asian, and we were only ppl speaking in english!
Please please do not book this hotel if you dont speak french!
** and i reported this to the trip.com and they told me that the hotel will give us a email about this ( to say sorry). It has been more than a week and i never got any email from you. You guys are just ******!****

I’ve never seen such a Unique view and good balance between mountains and the ocean… hands down one of the most stunning views I ever seen in my life. Lastly, the staff made us feel more like family than guest. Amazing trip.

Avec ma femme, nous avons réservé pour six jours la suite 110 avec la plus grande et la plus belle terrasse aux dires du personnel de l'établissement. La vue est effectivement très belle mais il est impossible d'en profiter à moins d'apprécier les odeurs de cuisson en tout genre dès le matin 08 heures. En effet, l'extracteur de fumée des cuisines du restaurant est situé juste en dessous. Nous avons signalé à plusieurs reprises cette nuisance aux hôtesses qui à chaque fois nous ont rétorqué que la direction était au courant mais qu'il n'y pouvait rien ! Nous avons espéré un geste commercial au moment de notre départ mais en vain... Pour nous, le rapport qualité prix n'est pas au rendez-vous. Nous avons l'habitude de séjourner dans des hôtels 4 étoiles qui sont nettement moins chers pour des prestations identiques voire supérieures ! Pour seul exemple, un mini bar complet, compris dans le tarif et ravitaillé chaque matin alors que seule une bouteille d'eau filtré est proposée à la Villa Douce.

L'établissement est spacieux et très propre ; il offre une vue extraordinaire sur la mer. Le personnel est toujours souriant et agréable. Le repas est bon mais cher ; le service trop rapide. Le petit déjeuner est beau, bon et copieux ; il propose de nombreux produit et du choix sucré et salé. En revanche le "tea time" est limité au minimum.

Le service sera excellent si on servirait des boissons fraîches à table (San Pellegrino et bière). Le restaurant offre une très bonne table variée avec une vue superbe et un service impeccable.

L'Hôtel est parfait , le personnel aimable et attentionné , le dîner très bon La vue est remarquable et l'exposition idéale , cet endroit est encore sauvage , peu construit , assurément la Côte Varoise de Hyères à La Napoule est la plus belle
