Quel beau séjour chez vous, nous avons passé nos 10 ans de mariage et ce fût un moment exceptionnel entre l'hotel et le restaurant étoilé. Mention spéciale au personnel souriant et accueillant et parfois drôle. Un expérience a renouveler aussi souvent que possible :)

Merveilleux accueil d un personnel adorable et aux petits soins , massages extras , cuisine délicieuse et jardin de rêve.Très calme , seul bémol : notre chambre était petite mais on passe outre tellement tout le reste est bien! Merci Benoît !

"This stay can be summed up as a 'Deep, beautiful, breath of life'. My wife and I were transformed by its beauty and restfulness. The staff was warm and welcoming." The accommodations were well appointed, private, and large. The food was a wonderful experience of flavors from the region. we would highly recommend.

Tout était parfait pendant tout notre séjour. Le personnel est très accueillant et chaleureux. Le lieu est superbe avec une trés belle vue sur la Sainte Victoire. La chambre est spacieuse et très confortable. Ce n'était que du bonheur ! On reviendra avec grand plaisir !

The lodge itself is beautiful and the grounds are wonderful to walk around or to just sit in the garden looking up at the mountain in different lights and imagining how the shadows, etc must have influenced Cezanne. The best thing about the hotel, though, is probably the reception and concierge people. They simply couldn’t do enough for us with recommendations and excellent suggestions. In particular, Benjamin and Laurent turned us on to so much about the town of Aix and the surroundings, even down to the most beautiful routes to take on our day trips and departure. Benjamin and Erik were also fantastic shuttling us to and from the town so many times, which saved having to drive and deal with parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Bonjour, Très belle expérience. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique, comme il se doit dans un établissement 5 étoiles, mais à ce niveau c'est rare. Restaurant excellent, qui mérite bien son macaron, voir un peu plus. Chambre au niveau, et petit déjeuner qui mérite le détour. Vraiment une belle découverte, une vrai satisfaction

We had a delightful albeit short stay at Les Lodges Sainte Victoire. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and pleasant. Room was a bit too warm at times but overall we had wonderful and relaxing experience. Would love to visit again in the future for a longer stay.

Personnel accueillant mais infrastructure très en dessous des attendus d un hotel 5 étoiles. Spa petit, restaurant de l hôtel très décevant et services à revoir. Rapport qualité/ prix mauvais. Peu d espaces de bien être ou repos. Forte déception.

We came to this hotel because for our 2 kids. They love in the afternoon be able to swim a bite in the inside spa pool. The afternoon we arribed after a long 5 hours car trip we wanted all to go to the pool . The pool was super cold and dirty. My son was shivering and of course i did not jump in. I spoke with reception and manager and the only thing they could tell me is i am sorry… The thing i that i did the reservatio one day before by phone, and the person in receptiion told me that the inside pool spa was open . We complain and they said they were gonna clean the pool, and that they were gona try to higher the temperature, but next day was the same… and even worst because all doors were opened for sauna maintenance, and 0 intimacy… I think that a hotel of that level should inform clients first and have a better maintenance of the space. Also our room that was almost the most expensive had no light, cause if you open the cortines to get some light everybody could see you , cause it was a ground floor.
