I was quite surprised with the hotel, much better than I anticipated for a 3 star. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful, which made our stay so much better. Rooms very compact but everything you needed, also clean.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé à proximité de restaurants, bars, magasins et de la plage. De belles promenades sont possibles dans les environs. Tous les services et commodités sont accessibles à pied. Le seul problème c'est de trouver une place de parking gratuite.

hôtel très bien situé dans le centre du Touquet sans être bruyant. Un petit concert était organisé ce week-end là, donnant une note joyeuse à l'ensemble. Sans oublier le personnel toujours à l'écoute de nos demandes. Je recommande

La chambre attribuée était une chambre pour personne handicapée située au RDC tout à proximité de l'accueil, de l'escalier de passage et accolée à l'office où l'on préparait le petit déjeuner, sans insonorisation adaptée, autant dire qu'il fut trsè difficile de dormir...! d'autant que de surcroît s'ajoutait au niveau de la colonne à côté du lit , un toc régulier et lancinant d'impulsion électrique... Moralité: évitez la chambre 2! Le réceptionniste nosu a dit que nous aurions dû être prévenus de ce souci, ce qui n'a pas été le cas lorsque j'ai réservé... Pour le petit déjeuner, arrivés à 9H15 (petit déjeuner servi jusqu'à 10H), plus d'oeufs, plus de fromage, quasi plus de pain... (certes l'hôtel était complet), pas de couverts ni sur la table, si sur le buffet et personnel moyennement aimable. Par rapport à nos attentes, nous avons vraiment été déçus.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet établissement. Le personnel était à l’écoute et bienveillant. La chambre réservée était petite mais tout était fonctionnel. Merci beaucoup pour l’accueil nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel

L'habitude de séjournée dans cette hôtel avec un très bon emplacement, nous sommes très contents d'avoir retrouvé une ambiance chaleureuse. Nous avons été très satisfait qu'ils nous ont téléphoné pour l'enduro qu'une chambre s'était libérée (en attente depuis Aout 2023), satisfaite d'un très bon suivie clientèle. Petits déjeuners copieux mais un peu élevés en prix.
