SUCH a great stay! The trip started with the receptionist Anu who made us feel extremely welcomed and explained all of the amenities to us. Next, we got to our room which was perfectly clean (like the entire hotel was). In the room was a fridge and a microwave which was super convenient. Then, we went to the pool to swim, went in the hot tub, and used the sauna. We felt super refreshed afterwards! We ended the night in the lounge and were greeted by Anu again who made great drinks and gave us so many ideas of things to do in the area for the next day. The only issue we had was that there was no rosé wine, but we got told that they sometimes do have it! Altogether I’m so glad we didn’t choose any other place to stay for our trip!

Hotel needs updating. No usb in room to charge your phones or to use your laptop computer. Television reception is terrible. Staff not cooperative. Needed to put down a $250 deposit on credit card in case of damages. We checked it is policy. But to ask them to check the room, we were told not to worry. Not good enough. We waited 20 minutes for there staff to check to reassure all is good before getting an unexpected charge. Yes we did take pictures.

In September 2022, we visited Leamington for a business purposes. Anu Jain was at the reception and after checking in, she asked what brought us to Leamington and we explained. Less than an hour later I was walking pass the reception and she handed me over a hand written list of about 30 other potential clients whom she highly recommend for us to approach for potential business opportunities. Our company grew significantly since then and we visited Leamington last week (February 27th as an Industry Sponsor for a trade show and again stayed at Days Inn because of the previous positive experience. I met Anu again. She did not remember me or what she did last time. When I reminded her, she was so happy and the glittering tear drops in her eyes did not go unnoticed.

This is the second time I've had the pleasure of staying at this property. The rooms are immaculate, the property is very well maintained and recently underwent some upgrades. What I like most about this hotel is that it is quiet; I got a lot of work done when I was in my room and slept beautifully. Breakfast buffet is top-notch! People on the front desk are always kind, attentive and thoughtful. Really cannot say enough good things about this hotel and its staff. Very highly reccommended.

You can’t eat in your room the lady said to me and it is way to expensive for how bad the hotel is there is a better hotel for the same price that you can eat at I am having a banana to piss them off never go here go to any other hotel this hotel sucks and is way overpriced for the poor quality’s

Don’t stay here! Hotel charges $50 for a damage fee but won’t treat or clean the items they claim you damaged. Manager pushed my son’s hockey coach wife police were called. Cost of the rooms per night are a very expensive amount of money for what you get.
