Clean, well maintained hotel and friendly staff. Hotel appeared to be fairly new based on lack of wear on furniture. Easy access to our entry point to Leavenworth coming in from Missouri across the Centennial Bridge. No restaurant in the hotel but they did serve the standard free breakfast with warm options, bread and cereals.

Employee didnt show up for breakfast shift.
Arrangments were made for us to go to next door hotel for breakfast. Handled well, breakfast was so-so.

The staff is great. We had a large group in the hotel that worked a day and night shirt. The staff accommodated our schedules by adjusting cleaning and even breakfast schedules. When I got home from the trip I received a call from the hotel desk saying that I left my clothes and 4 bottles of hard to find burbon in the closet. Long story short that they offered to hold it for me until I return in a few months. I can wait to stay again and personally thank them.

The exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work, the light inside door of room didn't work and TV remote you could only use down button. The room was clean staff was very kind and courteous and I will stay again just home for amenities to actually work properly. Breakfast was very good and hot. Not crowded just a peaceful relaxing weekend away.

Very nice place to stay. Updated and clean and very friendly staff. The only things that we had a problem with was the shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty, the shower door would not close tight and we noticed that someone who stayed in our room previous to us had left clothes in the closet.
