They don't let us cancel our reservation, we call and they didn't help us, they just take my money and no refund.... really bad experience

Excellent, friendly staff, and comfortable stay.

Good in general. Comfortable beds

It was an ok place to spend the night. At first we couldn’t figure out how to use the shower, I had to call the front desk and they were nice and came over to my room super fast and fixed it.

Convenient location with a great pizza place next door. Pool and hot tub were nice.

The room I stayed in met my needs it was conveniently located to who we were visiting. The parking lot was a bit tight. The attending clerks were friendly and welcoming.

It was close to shopping and restaurants and because i´m handicapped we were able to get a first floor room. The staff were very kind and helpful and brought us a shower curtain when we requested one. The man who checked us in, John, was nice and commented about my Dunkin Donuts outfit I had on wishing he could get some coffee from there. I left one for him to drink that I had bought at Safeway.

Great place to stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. At some point it will need some upgrades. Not crazy about staying in a pet friendly hotel but this hotel does it right.

It was in a nice spot and had easy parking. However the shower was gross and the temperature kept changing. There was also an annoying beeping noise all night that didn’t go away.

Nice and clean . Little far from the downtown area, breakfast was nothing special, gut overall good experience and was happy with my stay.

Staff was pleasant, room was clean in this shabby, much-reconditioned facility. Breakfast still served in covid-era brown bags. No one tidied my room between the two nights i stayed--is this a west coast thing? No grounds to speak of, not a problem for a stay focused on skiing.

We had a great check in with John. He was so friendly and welcoming. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. So nice to have an indoor pool option in the winter time. Great location too. Just a 9 min walk to downtown Leavenworth.

This was the perfect spot for an overnight stay in our back to back snowboarding skiing adventure at Stevens Pass. Hot tub was a lovely bonus. Easy check-in and easy drive back to the ski resort in the morning.
