一、沒有任何配套設施，住宿門口平地上全是工地砂石泥土，途徑還被工程車擋住衹有一條小路可供摩託車進入，而且是特別傾斜的陡坡，如果我們開的汽車連酒店門前的平地都進不去。二、沒有任何人員在酒店招待，景區門口售票處人員告知我們酒店為東北老闆早就回家鄉了，告訴我們不是第一例投訴，酒店接電話的也不在酒店服務告知我們出差了，又給我們電話轉接給另外一個人，沒有小賣部也沒有餐飲許可證，轉接的那個人告知我們如果要吃東西可以幫我們帶工作餐，工作餐40元一個人，我們來回800公里加跑山幾十公里連個村莊特色飯菜都吃不到？三、酒店居住環境，外部環境差就算了，酒店雙人間400多，單人間500多，連客房服務人員都沒有，進去看了住宿環境都不比類似7天酒店乾淨。四、態度無所謂，接電話的人告知她説你要住就住，不住就取消走人吧，於是我訂的兩間去申請取消，便宜的400那間給我退了，貴的那間白天訂的，打電話問她，她告訴我係統有問題點不了取消，今天問去哪兒，去哪兒又告知這家酒店不同意取消，幾百塊的房間連基本信任都沒有，誰會去準備錄音證明啊，這種房間都在網上銷售，奔着欺騙來做經營的，能騙一個是一個。
