接送機服務點贊👍。晚上到酒店比較遲，基本上沒什麼吃的了，問前台買了4包泡麪Mr Noodles。就是算房費時攜程已經付款過了，在酒店還是再付款一次房費，應該是海外攜程沒銜接好，這一點需要改進。

I have stayed here for years when I have an early flight but will look for an alternative. Simple courtesies (like having coffee available) don’t happen here. The restaurant has gone downhill and the menu had fewer options and almost all of them fried. No vegetarian options. The mattress was not comfortable. Shuttle driver was grumpy. Heater in room quit working and when it did it was loud. The morning staff was pleasant.

I booked thru third party ( ******* ) while doing our booking on the App it showed the room has breakfast included and when we checked in we were informed that there is no breakfast included
We were just very disappointed with the experience where the app says something while booking and when you check in it’s a different story
Even the staff was not helpful when we reached out
Not happy with the overall situation and experience and will refrain from using them

Nice a**osphere in lobby and front desk staff were very friendly. The room needed a thorough vacuuming and deep cleaning - I dropped my ring and went looking for it because it rolled under the bed .... yikes! Carpet was so dirty. Also the loud air conditioner needs some repair.
