Quaint hotel in a convenient area to shops, restaurants, etc. Have stayed here twice-once in a lakeside room, once on street side. I would highly recommend the lakeside, beautiful view and seemed quieter on that side. A spacious modern breakfast area overlooking the lake was a great way to start the morning!

The room was clean, had a comfortable bed with fluffy pillows and a good shower. When I called to make the reservation, staff was very helpful to get me the type of room I was looking for and efficient - they followed through immediately with email and text confirmations. Also it was a great value! Since there is no elevator to the second floor we were glad to get a first floor room. We have stayed there twice and will definitely stay again as we love the quiet location on the lake and also the delicious Indian restaurant on premise. The breakfast room has large windows overlooking the lake and a decent selection of basic breakfast items to choose from. All the staff we dealt with were polite and helpful.

This was the first time I stayed there. I was welcomed by your Michelle. And given a comfortable and and spotless room, overlooking the lake. I loved my porch and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, and the refrigerator in the room worked well. I am so pleased that I booked a room there, while visiting some friends in Lenox. Also all the staff had smiles. Counts for a lot.

The Black Swan Inn was clean and a convenient location in the Berkshires. The rooms had a frig and Keurig Machine for coffee. Love that I received a text letting us know our room was ready.

The staff were very bright and helpful and what a wonderful restaurant in “Mint”! We also loved the continental breakfast putting a spotlight on the very hard working staff that kept everything fresh and full even with great demand. We will Definitely be staying again the next time we are in the area!

Nice place to stay, and rooms with lake view are very nice. Clean and great amenities. A bit noisy though and parking lot too small when property is full.

Exceeded expectations. The staff was so friendly and the hotel itself was quiet. Breakfast was very good and covered the basics. Love that they had free tea and a coffee machine that makes specialty drinks like lattes and cappuccinos. Would definitely come back! The Indian restaurant within the property was also excellent and the food was very good. If you are doubting booking this place, stop! Book it right now! :)
