The experience was great until the electricity when off an hour after I used the oven/microwave in the evening - almost had dinner in the dark with my husband. Luckily, the Guest Service helped me quickly via WhatsApp. Another missing item was toilet tissue. I was only provided with one roll for 4 days stay. It forced me to purchase tissue with my own money.

The management cancelled my booking within less than 48 hrs of checking in. I got a refund via *********** but they still have not cancelled the security deposit. The week before they requested a further security deposit in addition to the one they had charged at the time of booking. *********** intervened to stop them from charging this second security deposit. They left me scrambling to get another booking. My replacement accommodation returned my security deposit within a day!

The need to have ID for every adult in the flat for "health and safety" reasons is ridiculous. The flat itself was very nice though.

Fantastic Central Apartment The apartment was fantastic! Done to a very high standard, fully equip kitchen. Definitely will be back.

Really lovely stay! Clean and peaceful apartment with access to gym, lounge area etc. However, finding the location was difficult and could have been explained better in the check-in email

Lovely clean apartment, easy to check in and out. Telephone or online chat support whenever needed. Fantastic value and in ideal location short walk from first direct arena perfect for a stay when going to a concert. Would book again. There is a sainsburys next to the building which saved us a lot of money and didn't have to dine out, just cooked our own and there's a dishwasher too.

No Hot Water No hot water on my visit, had to clean myself with the kettle and freezing showers
