The facilities are extremely old and look nothing like the pictures online. It feels like a renovation from the 80s. The location is also far from the city center, but luckily Leeds isn't that big.

It was a lovely hotel very clean rooms, comfy bed.
However remember to book your breakfast the night before otherwise it cost £17 per person instead of £14 ( was a bit of a kick in the teeth) buffet style breakfast so food wasn’t particularly hot and we were waiting around for lots of items to be replenished even though it wasn’t to busy.
Big queue for the coffee machine as one was broken so only one working.
Upon check out don’t forget to enter your car Reg if you had parked in the Docklands car park where you get a discount.
All in all a pleasant stay in a great location

I was impressed by the service. Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. There were good amenities with a bar and restaurant downstairs and gym on the first floor. The location is also very good as it is a 5 minute walk from the city centre. Recommend 👍

Nice hotel with good breakfast. Not easy to find a parking in the direct surroundings. They do offer a discount at a parking garage.

I was very happy with the service and the hotel my room was large and spacious. The hotel staff were prompt professional and very nice. I liked the location and I was nearby. I think breakfast could have had a better selection I was just a little grumpy because there were no hashie Bs. Overall a 8/10 I really enjoyed my stay

Found a pair of boxers under the bed sheets, rooms were very badly maintained. They did change our room however no compensation offered for the inconvenience.

Was a lovely stay the room was spacious and clean .
Loved the extra effort for celebrating my partners and my 6 month anniversary. The room was surprisingly decorated for us . Will visit soon again .
