Absolutely diabolical, shambles. Doesnt deserve any stars whatsoever. Service is non existent they've never heard of the word here. Rooms are jaded from the 70s bathroom is a filthy mess with 2 totally different taps, no plug system, dirty orange water from the taps. Bar is a joke every drink us £4.50 regardless no visible price list. Only 1 draught beer the barmaid who us also the receptionist has obviously never been shown how to pull a pint before. Looked flat tasted flat only drank half of it.. Food is microwaved wouldn't be surprised if the receptionist, who is also the barmaid, is also the chef. Very poor quality. No taste. I was the only person there in the restaurant on a Saturday night which i found suspicious. Now I know the reason why. Went to the restaurant fir dinner again Sunday evening. Wqs told restaurant closed as chef has the night off. I asked for oeanuts ir crisps instead. Was told no we don't have any of those but if I wanted to order a deliveroo kr uber I could. I was gobsmacked. DONT STAY HERE, PLEASE DON'T BOOK HERE

Only gave the 1 star for the adequate cleanliness of room. On arrival we had to choose our breakfast for the following morning and had no option but to eat in our room due to something hapoening in yhr morning??...options were full english or Continetal...( which consisted of porridge)....that was it. The dinner was ok, but not with the money. No one in the bar. Bed were comfy and it was quiet which was nice. The following morning our breakfast arrived and we had to go back and forth making sure our daughters were ok. They got the wrong drinks and we all had to eat on our beds as the rooms only have one chair. As a family we wanted to eat together . There was a wedding the following morning hence we we were unable to eat downstairs. Luckily we were out all day and had dinner out. The follwoing morning we came down for brekfast and told we qould have to wait at least 20 mins as they didny expect us....then the man tutted when i wanted to see a menu. Again i was offered a full English or porridge....thats all they were doing....i had a slice of toast!! Totally unacceptable for the money we paid. It was my daughter's birthday so we made the best of it, but i was so anxiuos and upset by the whole place and would not want anither family feeling like me. There is so much more i could say about the lack of sensitivity, unhelpfulness and uncountable feeling the whole place gave off....but you really have to experience it to understand. Avoid at all costs!!

It would be easy to say this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, but that would be to give it a distinction it doesn’t deserve. In fairness, it’s only the second worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. This hotel is, frankly, terrible. My room was tired, the wardrobe frontage was covered in visible dust, and the (non-smoking) room smelled of stale smoke on arrival and stinky drain in the morning. A radiator had evidently leaked outside the room at some point in history; sadly the green slime hadn’t yet been washed out of the carpet. The remaining metal bathroom fittings had all rusted, which was a genuinely new and distinctive sight for a seasoned hotel user like me. That bathroom will stay with me for a very long time: almost as long, in fact, as it took for the hot water to emerge from the shower head. Staff were few and far between, and the worst thing is that for all their politeness, they absolutely know that this place is grotty and horrid. I felt sorry for them. It is also not the ‘Ramada Warwick’: it is actually nowhere near Warwick, but off a dismal roundabout between the charm of Kenilworth and the Regency splendour of Leamington Spa. There are many fine roundabouts across the Midlands, but this one has neither charm nor splendour. Unaccountably, there was nowhere to hang a washbag or a towel, since the bathroom appeared to have been *****ped of almost all viable ligature points, because this really is a very bleak place. It’s easy to imagine someone ending it all here. Breakfast was generously proportioned but much of it had been incinerated to within an inch of its fat-drenched life. The bargain price of £9.99 (breakfast is not free, despite online claims to the contrary!) buys you some of yesterday’s leftover bacon, I think. In case you skipped the title of this review, it was “Don’t stay here.” This, dear reader, is directed at you. Don’t stay here. This is your final warning.

Absolutely terrible. Tired and in need of drastic improvement. Or just knock it down as it appears owners have given up. Carpets and curtains like something from the 70s. Very Smokey smell throughout the room. Dirty bathroom and shower. Front staff not exactly welcoming very robotic. Would not return here again and recommend people look elsewhere.
