Sree from valet was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service. Sree always provided time to answer any questions that I might have. He also ensured my comfort throughout my stay.

I want to give a big shoutout to Sree! Sree valets for the resort and is the first face you see upon arrival to the beautiful resort. He is extremely professional and incredibly friendly and joyful. He made me feel right at home. He took the time and energy to make sure we were well taken care of.

When we arrived at the resort we were met by Sree (the valet) who was absolutely amazing. The whole staff was amazing from the time we arrived until we left. Was a very enjoyable vacation and would definitely come. Overall beautiful resort. Thanks

This resort has been an amazing experience. From Sree, the amazing doorman that has provided us with so much help, to Lisa, the front desk receptionist that has made this stay exceptional, Landsdowne resort is an amazing hotel to stay at. The place is very clean and staff is very nice. Would highly recommend!
