Horrible, got treated bad. The room got. Canceled twice and I’m still waiting on my refund, I’m stuck with no where to go n no money now until the refund happens, I’m still not seeing any of my points or anything that confirmed the refund has been made like the lady on the phone said . It’s ridiculous, I need my money back and should have gotten compensated for this, it really ruined my month ! The picture below was the email I got before I just talked to the lady about the refund I need my money

Nice newer hotel. Clean, good bed, nice sheets. Room had small kitchen. Shower head was not good - needed repair. I told the person at the desk about it and she just wrote shower on the back of my keycard. Didn't say thank you or anything. Front desk staff could use some additional training on how to treat customers.

No Housekeeping for a three-night stay. We had to even ask for fresh towels. Not great for the price.
I would choose another hotel in future that has better service.
However, Reception was wonderful and helpful.

This property is convenient to downtown. The rooms are comfortable and the amenities make for a comfortable stay. We have stayed here multiple times - it is busy but quiet. Perfect for vacation and business travel alike

Andrew was extremely helpful. Clean room & facility. Good breakfast selections. Maintenance replaced our noisy a/c unit immediately (replaced, not repaired!)
