It was absolutely wonderful place . Our room was very clean and cozy. The staff was so nice and friendly and breakfast was great

Room had more of a partial ocean view. The pool for the room was freezing cold, couldn’t even use it. Breakfast is all self serve, including coffee. Parking is a nightmare. Lots of families and young children. I would stay someplace else if I were to ever visit Lefkada again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly, which made our visit particularly pleasant. All our wishes were fulfilled quickly and without any hassle. The rooms are very modern and equipped with everything you need. We were impressed by the high quality of the furnishings and the cleanliness. The dining options are top-notch. The food was always of the highest standard, both in taste and presentation. The hotel facilities are also excellently maintained. The gardens, loungers, and pools are in pristine condition and invite you to relax. While there is no direct access to the sea, the hotel offers plenty of free parking, allowing you to reach the island’s most beautiful beaches in just a few minutes. We can highly recommend this hotel and are already looking forward to our next stay.

We stayed at Crystal Waters in room 2133 and had a really lovely time. The hotel is beautiful, modern and spotlessly clean, and the location couldn’t be better – a short stroll to bars, restaurants and even a bakery at the end of the drive. What we loved: Great location for eating and drinking locally Super clean throughout The staff are amazing – especially the waiting, bar and cleaning teams who work so hard and are always so friendly Pools are clean and well maintained Loads of choice at breakfast (loved the omelette/eggs chef) Good lunch and dinner menu in the restaurant Our room: We had an executive suite with pool view – a small bedroom, separate living area, compact bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool. It was spotless and comfortable. The bedroom was on the small side but fine, the bathroom was very tight with not much storage (just one hook, no shelf and nowhere really for toiletries). A couple of extra hooks and a shelf would make it much easier. Things to know: Some rooms are up quite a few steps The restaurant and pool bar are quite pricey. On check out, reception tried to charge us for something we hadn't had. The pool bar receipt hadn't been signed but someone had charged it to our room. There really should be a better way to do this than just tell staff your room number across the bar where other people can hear. Car hire is much cheaper down the road (€135 for a Fiat Panda for 3 days vs €204 through the hotel) Odd quirk in the room – the kettle couldn’t be used on the drinks table as there was no plug, so we had to boil it on the floor Overall: We really enjoyed our stay – it’s a beautiful, clean and well-run hotel with fantastic staff and a brilliant location. A few quirks and higher prices here and there, but we’d definitely recommend it for a relaxing stay in Nikiana.

Choise your room wisely!!! Fabulous hotel, pool area, staff. What it doesn't mention anywhere is that you may get a view like this......
