2 points for the location which was close to Nydri & Lefkada city. The beach is very close by walk. Very dirty room. We booked it three months ago as a family weekend. We had an infant what's why we thought "let it go" but this is the worst place to stay... Unfortunately.

Κάναμε κράτηση αρχές Ιουνίου για μέσα Αυγούστου. 2 μέρες πριν την άφιξη επικοινώνησε ο ιδιοκτήτης και μας ενημέρωσε ότι το δωμάτιο δεν είναι διαθέσιμο την τελευταία μέρα της διαμονής και ότι πρέπει να φύγουμε μια μέρα νωρίτερα. Όταν του εξηγήσαμε ότι αυτό δεν γίνεται, μας είπε να μην έρθουμε καθόλου με επιθετικό ύφος. Ευτυχώς η booking μεσολάβησε και βρέθηκε άλλο κατάλυμμα. Είναι τραγικό να λέγονται επαγγελματίες τέτοιοι άθλιοι άνθρωποι. Δυσφημούν και το νησί και ολόκληρο τον κλάδο τους. Ντροπή!

Property was rather hard to find, was it is not located on the main street and has no advertising signs until one is well up a side road.

Quiet, comfortable. Close to Nidri and the boating and restaurants there and good location for accessing all of Lefkada Island. Helpful staff. Property needs some repairs and upgraded stove in kitchen . Owner allowed access to the orange trees on the property. Great oranges! Bed was fine for our stay but could be upgraded. We much enjoyed our stay because we could cook there in the complete if out of date kitchen.
