Buon hotel nel complesso. Purtroppo la stanza era molto buia senza luce solare. Il problema principale è stato con l’acqua calda che funzionava ad intermittenza tra una temperatura molto calda e una temperatura molto fredda. Colazione molto buona e assortita.

La mia esperienza al Palace Hotel di Legnano è stata straordinaria. La sala ben preparata ha creato un'atmosfera accogliente, il personale competente ha reso il servizio impeccabile, e la cucina ha offerto piatti di ottimo livello e qualità. Un'esperienza culinaria che consiglio vivamente.

Ho alloggiato con la famiglia in junior suite, mi sono trovato molto bene, al check in il ragazzo del ricevimento è stato molto disponibile e ci ha illustrato tutti i servizi, la camera pulita, ben accessoriata e comoda, la colazione ottima con ampia scelta di prodotti dolci e salati, ho apprezzato particolarmente la scelta di succhi di frutta, la frutta fresca e la macedonia. Erano presenti anche prodotti senza lattosio e senza glutine. Personale di sala molto disponibile nonostante la presenza di macchina automatica per le bevande si prestavano con tutti i clienti a preparare caffè espresso, cappuccini e tutto quanto richiesto. Possibilità di room service a prezzo modico. Sicuramente torneremo, hotel consigliato.

Ottimo in tutto quello che serve per sentirsi a proprio agio. Dall'accoglienza, al personale delle colazioni e agli addetti alle pulizie, professionali e pronti ad ascoltare tutte le richieste. Inoltre, da non sottovalutare, la flessibilità e la preparazione nell'accogliere persone di diverse nazionalità con lingue e culture diverse.

Ci hanno mandato in questo hotel dopo aver cancellato il nostro volo verso l’India. Struttura ben tenuta e pulita, peccato che il personale che gestiva la sala colazioni e pranzo, in particolare una giovane ragazza, sia stato veramente scortese e arrogante nei confronti di alcuni ospiti stranieri che come noi si trovavano li’ dopo aver passato una notte travagliata a causa del volo cancellato all’ultimo minuto. Non e’ stato servito loro il pasto perché sono arrivati in sala da pranzo 20minuti dopo l’orario stabilito… con tanto di parole poco rispettose nei loro confronti. Episodi di vera arroganza che non si dovrebbero mai verificare e che non ce lo si aspetta da un hotel 4 stelle. Spero vivamente che vengano rivisitati i ruoli del personale all’interno della struttura e che venga fatta una seria opera di “umanizzazione” nei loro confronti.

Pernottato in occasione della fiera host; stanza spaziosa carina e pulita. Spazi comuni datati e colazione scarsa. Bar inattivo nel week end. Per raggiungere lo spazio dedicato alla colazione bisogna attraversare una zona quasi esterna con inevitabile sbalzo delle temperature.

Really disappointed by this hôtel. The name make us think it will be great but except the big bed, im not astonished and worst...restaurant is one of the worst ever during a business trip. Frankly very disappointed.
