Is this really a Best Western? We have come to really appreciate the quality of the brand. Not sure this hotel reflects that. No one was at the desk for 15-20min at check in time. Customers left. Once they did get there, there wasn't warmth, eye contact, a greeting or kindness. There was a winter blizzard, but they left the lobby fireplace off. We couldn't see where to turn it on. Miser vibes. Our key was turned off part way through our visit. There are noxious ****s with spines. If you go to the East side of the parking lot, you will find 5-7 shopping carts just left there, in a heap. There is dirt/gravel in the bottom of the hot tub. Bathroom fan won't stay off, and why is there a green light up in it? Questionable Smudges on bathroom wall, and finish wearing off of wooden furniture. Breakfast was ok. We found the cheapest toilet paper in our bathroom. We were immediately charged for everything at check-in, not check out.
