I had a plan to go to Provo and used it as a night before.
All the staff were kind and I was able to spend comfortably.
However, the dust was noticeable in the room, and the soundproofing was almost non-existent, so the voices in the corridor could be heard.
However, I think it will still be a good hotel! I would like to use it again if there is an opportunity!

The room was dirty, floors were sticky, hair left in the shower and on the floor when we checked in. The fridge was full of to go food from the previous people. The pool floor was dirty and had toe nail clippings and food on it. Lots of hair in the pool. All of the staff was super friendly and nice though!

The hotel was nice, breakfast was great. We just didn’t have any towels in our room and our room didn’t come with a shower curtain which wasn’t very inconvenient we also needed a microwave but couldn’t find one In The room. Other then that the hotel was great
