We did not stay at hotel... was very run down and steven king scary looking..
Staff was nice.. owner was rude when we asked for a refund due to the run down condition of the hotel...
Built in 1963.. has not been updated since..

From the moment we arrived to the time we left, we were met with exceptional service & hospitality. Romantic, serene, comfort of home weekend getaway! Perfect way to relax & reboot mind, body, soul from the chaos of life. Internet/wifi service wasn't the best, BUT that ended up being an advantage to focus on us & enjoy each other even more! That being said, if you plan to listen to music I'd suggest a wire connected device &/or a pre-made playlist that doesn't require wifi. 10/10 we highly recommend & will return in the future!

guy behind counter was from another time and it was very disorienting. If looking for a simple bed, shower and sleep pass on this place. Two guests were provided with a single bath towel along with a single face cloth. Not that into sharing. The toilet paper roll was near the end. On my way to find staff, dogs began barking and we left. Between the lack of readiness, dismal supplies in room and staff and random people wandering around outside....there is a very unsettled vibe mixed with a cujo element. Was in room for a total of maybe 30 minutes and instead of staying, we drove back to VT

This place was rustic and old, beds were damp, no soap, no shampoo in bathroom, poor air-condition, beds were dirty, I did not stay overnight, I left after an hour, please cancel my reservation, after paying so much, this was a very very sub-standard, please refund and cancel, since I did not stay at that place
